The Tides of Terraria Collab in Palworld: Every Weapon and the Hallowed Set

The Tides of Terraria weapons in Palworld shown as in-game items.

The Tides of Terraria collaboration adds a self-contained mini-progression to Palworld: seven weapons, a five-piece Hallowed armour set, two Legendary trophy masks, and its own material — Hallowed Bar, which drops at a 100% rate from every Terraria enemy in the game. It is also the crossover most likely to disappoint you if you read only the Attack column, because these are mechanic weapons rather than stat weapons, and the piece that makes them work is the helmet.

Every Tides of Terraria Weapon

WeaponAttackWhat it does
Terra Blade425Releases green shockwaves — a melee weapon that hits at range
Excalibur360Unleashes shockwaves all around you
Vortex Beater300Homing missiles at intervals; 66% chance not to consume ammo
Legendary Meowmere222Legendary; forged from Luminite Bar; ricocheting cat projectiles
Meowmere200Legendary, Technology 30; bouncing cat projectile per swing
Terraprisma90Summons up to nine blessed swords to fight alongside you
Nightglow50Homing light projectiles that strike enemies multiple times

Do not read that column top to bottom as a power ranking. Terraprisma at 90 Attack puts nine independent swords on the field; Nightglow at 50 fires projectiles that hit multiple times each. Those two are not weak versions of the Terra Blade — they belong to different combat styles, and the helmet you wear is what tells you which.

The Meowmere is the entry point. It is the only crossover weapon with a technology level (30) and the only one whose recipe skips Hallowed Bar entirely — Ingot ×22, Paldium Fragment ×22 and Coal. Everything else in the set needs bars.

The Legendary Meowmere is the only item gated behind a raid. It is forged from Luminite Bar, which drops from Moon Lord — the same raid boss that drops Applied Handbooks. If you are already running Moon Lord for books, the bars come along for free.

Four Hallowed Helmets, One Per Combat Style

The Hallowed Mask, Plate Mail and Moon Lord Mask shown as in-game items.

This is the part the item descriptions bury. There are four Hallowed helmets, identical in stats, and each one boosts a different set of weapons:

HelmetStyleIncreases damage of
Hallowed MaskHallowed Power: Close RangeMeowmere, Excalibur, Terra Blade, Legendary Meowmere
Hallowed HelmetHallowed Power: RangedVortex Beater
Hallowed HeadgearHallowed Power: MagicNightglow
Hallowed HoodHallowed Power: SummonTerraprisma

All four are Common rarity with Defense 140, Health 320, weight 13, durability 4,500, and cost Hallowed Bar ×20. They differ only in which weapons they empower — so picking a helmet is picking a build, and wearing the wrong one leaves you holding a mid-tier weapon with no multiplier behind it.

Note that Close Range covers four weapons and the other three cover one each. If you are unsure where to start, the Hallowed Mask is the flexible pick: one helmet, four usable weapons, including the highest-Attack item in the collab.

The body piece is separate and stacks with any helmet. The Hallowed Plate MailDefense 200, Health 650 — carries Hallowed Guard, which "lessens damage from Tides of Terraria monsters", plus Cold Resistance Lv. 1 and Heat Resistance Lv. 1. It is the piece to wear while farming the collab content itself, whatever your weapon.

Two Legendary masks exist and do nothing for your build. The Eye of Cthulhu Mask and Moon Lord Mask are Defense 350, Health 800 — the highest raw numbers in the set — but carry no Hallowed Power at all. They are trophies, described in game as "a rarity only the most fortunate may obtain." Wear them to show the kill, not to fight.

Hallowed Bar Drops at 100%

Card listing every source of Hallowed Bar in Palworld and the quantities.

Hallowed Bar is unusually generous: every listed source is a 100% drop. There is no rarity roll anywhere in this material.

SourceHallowed Bar
Green / Blue / Red Slime1 each
Cave Bat, Demon Eye1 each
Purple Slime2 – 3
Illuminant Slime, Illuminant Bat, Enchanted Sword2 – 4
Rainbow Slime5 – 10
Eye of Cthulhu (boss)20 – 30
Treasure chests4 – 10, and 20 – 40 from the large ones

Rainbow Slime is the best repeatable farm at 5–10 per kill from a regular enemy, and the Eye of Cthulhu boss pays 20–30 in a single fight — the fastest single source in the collab.

Budget before you farm, because schematics multiply the cost. Excalibur costs 30 Hallowed Bar at its base schematic, then 45, 90, 180 and 360 as the schematic rarity climbs — a twelvefold increase from bottom to top, exactly as with Palworld's normal schematic system. A Legendary Excalibur is a 360-bar project.

Most of the rest sit at Hallowed Bar ×40 plus Pal Metal Ingot ×20 — Terra Blade, Terraprisma, Vortex Beater and Nightglow all follow that pattern, with a third material varying by weapon (Ancient Civilization Parts for the two casters, Electric Organ for the Vortex Beater).

What the Numbers Actually Say

Card comparing Terraria collab weapon attack values against Palworld's standard weapons.

Set the collab weapons against Palworld's own arsenal and the picture is clear:

WeaponAttack
Laser Sword2,000
Plasma Rifle1,860
Enhanced Lily's Spear1,200
Beam Sword930
Katana780
Terra Blade425
Sword360
Vortex Beater300

The Terra Blade — the strongest weapon in the collab — sits between the plain Sword and the Metal Bat, and less than half the Katana. The Vortex Beater at 300 is a sixth of the Plasma Rifle.

So be clear about what you are farming for. These are not upgrades to your endgame loadout. They are mechanic weapons: a melee sword that hits at range, a gun that keeps two-thirds of its ammo, a summon that puts nine blades on the field, and a caster that multi-hits. Played with the matching Hallowed helmet supplying the damage bonus, they are a genuinely different way to fight — and a fun one. Played without the helmet, they are worse versions of gear you already own.

Which makes the practical order: helmet first, weapon second. Twenty Hallowed Bar for the helmet is a handful of Rainbow Slimes. Forty bars plus Pal Metal Ingot for the weapon is an afternoon. Do it the other way around and your first impression of the collab will be that it is underpowered.

Practical tips

  • Every Hallowed Bar source is a 100% drop. No rarity rolls anywhere.
  • Rainbow Slime gives 5–10 per kill; the Eye of Cthulhu boss gives 20–30.
  • Wear the helmet that matches your weapon — Mask for melee, Helmet for the Vortex Beater, Headgear for Nightglow, Hood for Terraprisma.
  • The Hallowed Mask is the flexible start — it covers four of the seven weapons.
  • Eye of Cthulhu and Moon Lord Masks are trophies — best raw stats, no Hallowed Power.
  • Terra Blade at 425 is not an endgame weapon. Farm this collab for the mechanics.

Running your own Palworld 1.0 server

The Eye of Cthulhu and Moon Lord fights are group content, and Luminite Bar for the Legendary Meowmere only comes from the latter. On a dedicated Palworld 1.0 server those fights happen when your group is free rather than when the host logs in, and your furnaces keep turning out the Pal Metal Ingot every weapon in this set needs while nobody is online. Full crossplay lets everyone join from whatever they play on, and one-click backups protect a collection built one bar at a time.

Conclusion

Palworld's Tides of Terraria collaboration is a complete side-progression: seven weapons, four Hallowed helmets — one per combat style, the Hallowed Plate Mail with its Hallowed Guard damage reduction, and two Legendary trophy masks with no combat function. Its material, Hallowed Bar, drops at 100% from every Terraria enemy — 1 from a basic slime, 5–10 from a Rainbow Slime, 20–30 from the Eye of Cthulhu boss — while Luminite Bar comes from Moon Lord and makes the Legendary Meowmere. The trap is the Attack column: at 425 the Terra Blade is the collab's strongest weapon and still sits below the Katana's 780 and nowhere near the Plasma Rifle's 1,860. These are mechanic weapons, and the matching Hallowed helmet is the damage multiplier that makes them viable — so build the helmet first, at twenty bars, before spending forty on the weapon or 360 on a Legendary Excalibur schematic.
