Every Accessory in Palworld 1.0: Full List & Best Picks

Card explaining Palworld accessory slots: two to start, four maximum, unlocked for 350 Dog Coins.

Accessories are the most under-used equipment slot in Palworld. They do not show on your character, they are easy to forget after the first hour, and yet the right two can add Attack Up Lv. 4 to both you and your Pal, reveal a wild Pal's hidden IVs before you spend a sphere, or make you immune to the toxic gas that blankets a whole World Tree region. Here is the complete list and what actually deserves the slots.

How Many Slots You Get

You start with two accessory slots. Two more can be unlocked, for a total of four, at a combined cost of 350 Dog Coins.

That is the single most important fact in this guide. Four slots maximum means every accessory you wear is displacing another, so "best accessory" is really "best combination for what you are doing right now" — and swapping between activities is expected rather than optional.

The Slots Most Builds End Up Wearing

Card listing the best accessory picks: Dogen and Silvegis Emblems, charms, Ability Glasses and Ring of Mercy.

AccessoryRarityEffect
Dogen EmblemEpicAttack Up Lv. 4 — applies to player and Pal
Silvegis EmblemEpicDefense Up Lv. 4 — player and Pal
Wandering Merchant CharmEpicHeat & Cold Resistance Lv. 3 + Max Carrying Capacity Lv. 4
Vanguard CharmEpicDual resistance + Health Up Lv. 4
Ability GlassesRare (Tech 34)Reveals hidden Pal IV potentials
Ring of MercyRare (Tech 18)Prevents lethal damage

The two Emblems are the headline. Attack Up and Defense Up at Lv. 4 applying to both you and your Pal is a rare double-dip — most accessories buff one or the other. If you are unsure what to wear, Dogen and Silvegis are rarely wrong.

Wandering Merchant Charm deserves special mention for a reason unrelated to combat: Max Carrying Capacity Lv. 4. Weight is the best player stat in the game at +50 per Status Point, and this charm hands you a large chunk of capacity without spending any.

Resistance and Element Gear

Card listing resistance rings, elemental charms and support whistles.

AccessoryEffect
Ring of Neutral / Fire / Water / Electric / Grass / Ice / Ground / Dark / Dragon ResistanceDamage Reduction Lv. 3 — one ring per element, all Rare
Nine Pal Rings — Blazehowl, Faleris, Faleris Aqua, Fenglope Lux, Menasting Terra, Vaelet, Katress, Elphidran, CryolinxEpic — each resists one element at Lv. 4 and boosts a different one at Lv. 4
Reptyro CharmTemperature resistance + Fire Damage Reduction Lv. 4
Wumpo CharmTemperature resistance + Ice Damage Reduction Lv. 4
Support WhistlesEleven variants — one per element, plus an Attack and a Defense whistle — all Lv. 3 for the companion Pal
Life / Attack / Defense PendantRare — flat Lv. 3 stat boosts

Do not confuse the two ring families. The plain Rings of Resistance are Rare, give Damage Reduction Lv. 3, and cover your weakness — one for each of the nine elements. The Pal Rings are Epic and do something different: each pairs a Lv. 4 resistance with a Lv. 4 damage boost for the element that counters it, so they map one-to-one onto the type chain and amplify a matchup you already win. Take a Ring of Resistance into a fight you are losing and a Pal Ring into one you are winning. Both families are broken down in the Pal Rings & Support Whistles guide.

There is a resistance ring for every one of the nine elements, which makes them the natural pick when you know your destination. Heading into the World Tree, where Dragons dominate? Ring of Dragon Resistance. Farming Cryst variants? Ring of Ice Resistance.

The Epic rings go further, combining dual element reduction with a Pal enhancement — worth hunting if you have settled on a themed party.

Movement and Utility

Card listing movement accessories including jump boots, the Anti-Gravity Belt and Ring of Freight.

  • Anti-Gravity Belt (Uncommon, Technology Level 28) — Jump Power Boost.
  • Double Jump Boots through Triple Air Dash Boots — a progressive line of jump and dash upgrades. Genuinely useful in the vertical Sky Islands.
  • Ring of Freight — Max Carrying Capacity.
  • Ring of Mercy (Rare, Technology Level 18) — the "pacifist's ring", prevents lethal damage.
  • Ability Glasses (Rare, Technology Level 34) — displays hidden Pal potentials.
  • Pal Tamer's Glasses (Epic) — combines Mercy Hit with potential revelation, doing both jobs in one slot.

Pal Tamer's Glasses is the efficiency pick for catchers. Rather than spending two of your four slots on Ability Glasses and the Ring of Mercy, it delivers both effects in one — freeing a slot for an Emblem.

The Pal-Buffing Family: Batons & Talismans

The largest single group of accessories in the game buffs your Pal rather than you, and it is easy to miss because the naming gives nothing away. There are eighteen of them — nine Batons and nine Talismans, one pair per element:

  • Batons give Pal Attack Up Lv. 4 plus Pal [element] Damage Enhancement Lv. 4. They are named for titles: Flame Emperor's, Lord of the Sea's, Divine Dragon's.
  • Talismans give Pal Defense Up Lv. 4 plus the same element bonus at Lv. 4. They are named for Pals: Blazamut's, Neptilius's, Jetragon's.

The pairs never share a name. The Ground pair is the Earth Emperor's Baton and Anubis's Talisman; the Ice pair is the Ice Emperor's Baton and Frostallion's Talisman.

Build the Talisman first. It carries the identical element bonus and costs Ancient Civilization Parts ×10, which over 200 Pals drop at 100%, where a Baton costs Ancient Civilization Core ×5 from bosses, raids and relics. All eighteen schematics come from Ancient Ruins. Full breakdown in the Batons & Talismans guide.

The Legendary Tier

Two accessories sit at Legendary rarity, both at Technology Level 76:

  • Corrosive Mist Mask — Toxic Gas Immunity
  • Explosion-Resistant Undershirt — Explosion Immunity

Both solve specific late-game problems. The mask matters because the World Tree includes a gas-blanketed region around Dandilord's home at the Rotmist Root. The undershirt matters because human faction raiders — Syndicate, Free Pal Alliance and the rest — use explosives.

Loadouts Worth Copying

With four slots, pick a theme:

  • Damage: Dogen Emblem + Attack Pendant + a matching Support Whistle + resistance ring for the zone.
  • Survivability: Silvegis Emblem + Vanguard Charm + Life Pendant + resistance ring.
  • Catching: Pal Tamer's Glasses (or Ability Glasses + Ring of Mercy) + Dogen Emblem.
  • Hauling: Wandering Merchant Charm + Ring of Freight — combined with Weight Status Points and Lightweight Ancient Armor, this effectively ends inventory management.
  • World Tree: Corrosive Mist Mask + Ring of Dragon Resistance + Silvegis Emblem.

Practical tips

  • Unlock all four slots. 350 Dog Coins for a permanent doubling of your accessory capacity is one of the better purchases in the game.
  • Dogen and Silvegis Emblems buff you and your Pal. Most accessories only do one.
  • Pal Tamer's Glasses does two jobs in one slot — it frees space that Ability Glasses plus Ring of Mercy would consume.
  • There is a resistance ring for every element. Swap by destination rather than wearing a generalist set.
  • Wandering Merchant Charm's Carrying Capacity Lv. 4 saves you Status Points you can spend on HP instead.

Conclusion

Palworld gives you two accessory slots to start and four maximum, unlocked for 350 Dog Coins — take all four. The Dogen and Silvegis Emblems are the default picks because their Lv. 4 Attack and Defense boosts apply to both player and Pal. For catching, Pal Tamer's Glasses delivers both IV revelation and Mercy Hit in a single slot. For hauling, the Wandering Merchant Charm's Carrying Capacity Lv. 4 replaces Status Points you can spend elsewhere. And there is a resistance ring for all nine elements, so swap by destination rather than settling on one set.
