Skill Fruit Orchards in Palworld: 93 Fruits, and the Odds Are Flat

A Palworld forest clearing.

Palworld has ninety-three skill fruits, and the way they drop is far simpler — and far more exploitable — than it looks. Every fruit inside a given orchard table has identical odds. There is no rare fruit and no common fruit. The only thing that changes your chances is how many entries that biome's table has — and the tables range from 31 to 48, which is a 55% swing in your odds for exactly the same fruit.

Neutral7
Thunder1

Electric and Dark are the deepest pools at thirteen each, and Neutral the shallowest of the real elements at seven. Ground and Dragon sit at eight, which means a Dragon build has noticeably fewer teachable options than an Electric one.

And there is one oddity in the list: a single fruit prefixed "Thunder" rather than "Electric" — the Thunder Skill Fruit: All Range Thunder. Every other electric fruit uses the Electric Skill Fruit prefix. This is almost certainly a naming inconsistency rather than a tenth element, but it is worth knowing if you are searching by name and coming up short.

Fruits are Uncommon rarity, sell for 100 Gold and stack to 9,999. They weigh little enough to hoard, so there is no reason to use one the moment you find it — hold until you know which Pal you actually want to teach.

The naming tells you the skill directly. Fire Skill Fruit: Ignis Blast teaches Ignis Blast. There is no lookup step.

Nine Orchard Tables

Desert372.703%

Dark Island372.703%
Volcano382.632%
Grass392.564%
Forest392.564%
Sky Island432.326%
World Tree482.083%

These are flat tables. Every entry in the Grass orchard sits at exactly 2.564%, which is 1 ÷ 39. Every entry in the Snow orchard sits at 3.226%, which is 1 ÷ 31. The game is not weighting fruits against each other at all.

Which produces the single actionable rule on this page: if a fruit appears in more than one biome's table, farm it in the smallest table. A fruit available in both Snow (31 entries) and the World Tree (48 entries) is 3.226% against 2.083%55% better odds per pull, for identical effort.

The World Tree orchard is the worst place to farm a specific fruit, despite being the most advanced content. Its 48-entry table means the widest selection and the thinnest odds on any one of them. Breadth and probability are inversely related here, which is the opposite of how most loot systems work.

Snow is the best place to farm a specific fruit — 31 entries is the smallest pool in the game.

The Rule Nobody States

Card explaining that Palworld skill fruit odds are uniform within a table.

There is no rarity ranking between skill fruits. A basic Skill Fruit: Power Shot and a high-end Dragon Skill Fruit: Dragon Meteor have exactly the same chance of appearing, provided both are in the table you are farming.

So the fruit you want is not "rare" — it is either in the pool or it is not. That reframes the whole activity. You are not grinding against bad luck on a specific item; you are choosing which pool to roll in.

Check the table before the trip. The tables overlap heavily — Skill Fruit: Power Shot, Power Bomb and Air Cannon appear in both the Grass and Forest tables, for instance — so many fruits are available in several biomes at different odds.

This also means orchard farming has a clean stopping point. At 3.226% per pull in the Snow, a specific fruit takes on average about 31 pulls; at 2.083% in the World Tree, about 48. Those are the actual expectations, and they are short enough to plan a session around.

Pair it with the Skill Fruit mechanic itself — knowing when to spend one on a Pal is a separate question from getting hold of it, and spending a fruit on the wrong Pal is the more expensive mistake.

Practical tips

  • 93 skill fruits. Electric and Dark are the deepest pools at 13 each.
  • One fruit is prefixed "Thunder" rather than Electric — a naming quirk, not an element.
  • Every fruit in an orchard table has identical odds. There is no fruit rarity.
  • Table sizes run 31 to 48 — that is the only variable.
  • Snow (31 entries) gives the best odds at 3.226% per fruit.
  • The World Tree (48) gives the worst at 2.083% — widest selection, thinnest chance.
  • If a fruit appears in two tables, farm the smaller one — up to 55% better.
  • Fruits stack to 9,999. Hoard them; spend deliberately.

Running your own Palworld 1.0 server

Orchard circuits and skill-fruit hoards are both long-term projects that only pay off across sessions. A gamever Palworld server keeps your world and your storage persistent with full crossplay, automatic updates and one-click backups, so a chest of fruits collected over a fortnight is there when you finally breed the Pal worth spending them on.

Conclusion

Palworld has ninety-three skill fruits, led by Electric and Dark at thirteen each and bottoming out at Neutral with seven, plus one oddly-named Thunder fruit that is almost certainly an inconsistency rather than a tenth element. The mechanic underneath is unusually clean: orchard tables are flat, so every fruit within a table has identical odds and there is no rarity ranking between fruits at all. The only variable is table size, and it ranges from Snow's 31 entries (3.226% per fruit) to the World Tree's 48 (2.083%) — meaning the most advanced orchard has the worst odds on any specific fruit. The rule that falls out of this is worth remembering: when a fruit appears in more than one biome's table, farm it in the smallest table, which is up to 55% better per pull for exactly the same effort.
