How to unlock Granite Rubble Road Block in Enshrouded
Granite Rubble Road Block is a basic road material in Enshrouded that unlocks the moment you mine your first shard of granite rubble in the Albaneve summits, and once unlocked, you can craft ten blocks per ten pieces of raw granite at any Workbench to create winding mountain roads or sturdy paths across your homestead.

Where to find granite rubble
Head north of the Nomad outpost and ascend the rocky slopes of the Albaneve summits, where the earth is littered with chunky veins of pale grey granite rubble jutting from snowdrifts and mossy crevices under the watchful gaze of frost wolves.

Gathering granite rubble
Equip a pickaxe and swing at the exposed granite veins until they crack and chunks tumble free, then scoop up the raw granite rubble in stacks of ten so you’ll have enough to craft a full batch of road blocks without multiple trips.

As soon as you collect your tenth piece of granite rubble, return to any Workbench and you’ll see Granite Rubble Road Block appear in the build menu unlocked and ready for crafting, no additional recipes or NPCs required.
Crafting materials
Each batch of Granite Rubble Road Block requires exactly ten units of your mined granite rubble and takes place instantly at the Workbench, so gather in multiples of ten if you plan to pave lengthy stretches of road.

Stand in front of a Workbench, open the build interface, scroll to the Road Blocks tab, select Granite Rubble Road Block, and watch as the machine whirs then spits out ten perfectly shaped blocks ready for transport.
Now that you know how to mine your first granite rubble, unlock the crafting recipe, and lay down ten-block batches of Granite Rubble Road Block in Enshrouded, you can connect your bases, forge trading routes, and transform treacherous mountain passes into reliable highways.
