How to Get Neutrino Emitter in Abiotic Factor

The Neutrino Emitter is a deployable device that uses lasers to neutralize radiation in its vicinity.

Crafting Requirements

To craft the Neutrino Emitter, you’ll need the following:

     - Neutrino Mapper: A data-rich device that’s essential for crafting advanced tools.

     - Photon Receptors (x2): Found in the Neutrino Detector and Voussoir portal world.

     - Power Cell: Often found in tech crates or crafted at advanced workstations.

     - Hydro Pipes (x2): Gathered in the Hydroplant sector.

Once you have these items, head to a crafting bench to assemble your Neutrino Emitter.

How to Find the Components

Neutrino Mapper

Start by heading to the Neutrino Detector in the Hydroplant sector. This isolated tower is accessible via two main paths:

     1. Underwater Route: Use the Diving Suit to explore the reservoir and find an underwater entrance near glowing Murkweed and violet biomechanical structures.

Dive into the reservoir near the Waterfall Apartments to locate the Neutrino Detector

     2. Jetpack Shortcut: Navigate directly to the tower using a jetpack. This is faster but requires precise aerial control.

Inside the detector, you’ll find Neutrino Receptors on counters and Neutrino Mappers within Voussoir, the portal world accessed via the tower.

Photon Receptors

Photon Receptors line the walls of the Neutrino Detector. Look for golden orbs that can be broken to reveal these items. Voussoir also contains additional Photon Receptors in the observatory and surrounding areas.

Power Cell and Hydro Pipes

     - Power Cells: Scavenge tech crates in the Hydroplant or trade with NPCs for a steady supply.

Look for Power Cells around the Hydroplant and in the first Portal

     - Hydro Pipes: These can be dismantled from broken machinery scattered across the Hydroplant.

Navigating Voussoir

Once you’ve collected resources in the Neutrino Detector, ascend the ladder to enter the Voussoir portal. This snowy region is filled with elite Order soldiers and environmental hazards, so gear up with cold-resistant armor and sufficient ammunition.

     Key locations for resources:

     - Observatory Control Room: Contains Photon Receptors and Neutrino Mappers.

Explore the observatory rooftop in Voussoir for Neutrino Mappers

     - Mountain Pass Guard Tower: Find additional Neutrino Mappers near the ski lift.

Pro tip: Use stealth to avoid unnecessary combat or take out enemies methodically to collect valuable loot, including high-tier weapons and armor.

Using the Neutrino Emitter

Deploy the Neutrino Emitter in areas with heavy radiation, such as the Hydroplant’s core or while handling radioactive resources. Place it to clear pathways and unlock the door for reactivation the spillway systems.

Use the emitter near your radioactive storage for safer base management

Also, you will need to craft a laser emitter to activate the Neutrino Emitter. Once crafted, connect it to a power source and direct the laser at the Neutrino Emitter.

Note: Be mindful of FPS drops when the emitter is active, especially if you’re using laser devices nearby. A temporary workaround is toggling graphics settings to medium or low.

The Neutrino Emitter is a pivotal tool in Abiotic Factor, enabling you to progress past radiation-blocked zones and manage radioactive resources effectively. By following this guide, you’ll not only craft the emitter but also unlock new gameplay opportunities in Voussoir and beyond.
