     To begin your journey toward crafting the Diving Suit, you’ll need to locate Dr. David Hoff. You’ll find him stationed on the upper balcony of the Waterfall Apartments in the Hydroplant sector. Dr. Hoff provides you with the recipe for the suit, setting you on your path to gather the necessary materials.

 

 

 

Materials Required for the Diving Suit

 

     The Diving Suit requires the following items for crafting:

 

     - 1 Coil Winding

 

     - 10 Kevlar Scrap

 

     - 4 Rotary Pumps

 

     - 2 Air Compressors

 

     Each of these components is scattered across the Hydroplant and its surrounding areas. You’ll need to explore, fight enemies, and break down objects to collect them all.

 

 

Where to Find the Materials

 

     Coil Windings can be obtained by breaking Transformers or Hydro Panels in the Hydroplant. These are often located near energy-intensive zones and are identifiable by their mechanical hum.

 

 

     Kevlar Scrap is found by dismantling certain crates or scavenging around the Hydroplant’s storage areas.

 

 

     Rotary Pumps and Air Compressors are typically crafted or found in the Hydroplant. Be sure to search thoroughly and revisit areas for respawned resources.
