    Concealed within a cave near the mountain on the island's west side, the Shovel is indispensable for excavation.

    Venturing into the island's cave systems is fraught with danger, as mutant cannibals lurk in the shadows. Armed with a projectile weapon and essential supplies, such as water and food, you must tread cautiously through these treacherous depths.

 

 

Locating the Fireman's Axe

 

    The Firefighter’s Axe lies hidden within Maintenance A, one of the island's underground bunkers. Head to the northwest side of the island, south of the north beach, Maintenance A is identifiable by the presence of equipment and two broken-down golf carts.

    Equipped with the Shovel, begin excavating the hatch door buried beneath the shovel symbol in front of the golf cart. Exercise caution, as nearby cannibal camps pose a constant threat. Once the hatch is revealed, descend into the depths below.

 

 

Claiming Your Prize

 

    Upon entering Maintenance A, navigate through the small hallway until you reach a storage room at the end. Beware of the baby mutants that may appear along the way. After eliminating the threat, scour the room for the Fireman's Axe encased within a glass case on the back wall.

 

 

    In the process of acquiring the Fireman's Axe, you'll fortuitously encounter useful supplies and the pivotal Maintenance Key Card—a passport to all restricted zones throughout this secluded island—bolstering your odds in this relentless survival contest.
