Palworld Kindling Pals: Work Levels, Elements and Skills Compared
This guide compares six Palworld Pals that all carry Kindling work suitability — Arsox, Foxparks, Rooby, Wixen, Pyrin and Ragnahawk — using the work-suitability levels, Lv.80 stats, partner skills and drop tables published on each Pal's own paldb.cc page. This is not a complete list of every Palworld Pal with Kindling suitability; it covers only these six named Pals, so any other Kindling worker you may already own simply falls outside this guide's scope.
Kindling Work-Suitability Levels
All six Pals in this set are Fire-element, and all six list Kindling as one of their work suitabilities, but the level differs:
- Arsox: Kindling 3, Lumbering 2
- Foxparks: Kindling 1
- Rooby: Kindling 1, Farming 1
- Wixen: Kindling 3, Handiwork 3, Transporting 2
- Pyrin: Kindling 4, Lumbering 2
- Ragnahawk: Kindling 4, Transporting 5
Pyrin and Ragnahawk share the highest Kindling level in this set at 4, while Foxparks and Rooby sit at the bottom at 1 — a spread of 4 − 1 = 3 levels between the highest and lowest Kindling suitability among these six. Wixen and Arsox sit in between at Kindling 3 each. Beyond Kindling, five of the six also carry a second job: Arsox and Pyrin both add Lumbering 2, Rooby adds Farming 1, Wixen adds Handiwork 3 and Transporting 2, and Ragnahawk adds Transporting 5 — the single highest secondary-suitability number in the whole set. Only Foxparks lists Kindling alone.

Comparing the low end of each range: Pyrin's HP floor of 4,900 is the highest of the six, and Foxparks' 3,500 is the lowest, a difference of 4,900 − 3,500 = 1,400 HP. On Attack, Wixen's 760 floor is the highest and Rooby's 520 is the lowest, a difference of 760 − 520 = 240. On Defense, Ragnahawk's 770 floor is the highest and Foxparks' 470 is the lowest, a difference of 770 − 470 = 300.

If you're choosing between these six specifically for a Kindling Station, Pyrin and Ragnahawk (Kindling 4) clear the assignment faster on paper than Foxparks or Rooby (Kindling 1). Across just these six Fire Pals, Kindling suitability ranges from 1 (Foxparks, Rooby) to 4 (Pyrin, Ragnahawk), Lv.80 stat floors vary by as much as 1,400 HP between Pyrin and Foxparks, five of the six share a 600-power skill ceiling while Wixen reaches 700, and only Pyrin and Ragnahawk carry Ancient Relic drops in the source data. None of this makes any one of the six objectively "best" beyond what these specific numbers show, and it says nothing about any other Kindling-capable Pal in the game — this guide only ever set out to compare Arsox, Foxparks, Rooby, Wixen, Pyrin and Ragnahawk against each other.
