When you successfully capture a Pal, you'll receive a message on the right side of your screen. This message will provide details about the captured Pal, including its level, a description, and most importantly, its Passive Skills. These skills are represented as tags located below the Pal's description.
For instance, let's take a look at this adorable Lamball. It possesses a single Passive Skill tag called "Fragrant Foliage."
Passive Skills act as modifiers for Pals, enhancing their abilities. Each Pal can have a maximum of four different Passive Skills. You can obtain Pals with these skills either through lucky catches or by breeding Pals to combine their Passive Skills.
Every Passive Skill possesses its own rank, indicating whether it's a positive or negative modifier. The ranks range from -3 (lowest) to 3 (highest). In the example mentioned earlier, Fragrant Foliage is a rank 1 modifier, as indicated by the upward-pointing arrow. Remember, the higher the rank, the rarer the skill. It's important to note that Passive Skills cannot be leveled up individually, but you can stack them. Just keep in mind that a Pal can only have a maximum of four Passive Skills!
