How to Use Parachute in Rust Road Renegades Update

     To craft a parachute, you'll first need to learn the blueprint. You can find it in the Tech Tree for 325 Scrap or research it for 125 Scrap at a Research Table. Once learned, you can craft parachutes at Tier 2 Workbenches.

 

    

 

Equipping the Parachute

 

     To start, equip your parachute into the designated inventory slot. You can't wear hazmat suits with it, so keep that in mind.

 

    

 

Deploying the Parachute

 

     Jump off from a height of at least 15 meters. While mid-air, press spacebar to deploy your parachute. This will slow your fall and let you control your descent.

 

    

 

Controlling the Descent

 

     Use WASD keys to steer:

 

     - W leans forward for more speed

 

     - A and D steer left and right

 

     - S leans back to slow down

 

    

     If you need to drop faster, you can cut the parachute cord and descend quickly.
