     Respeccing talents in Icarus is a feature that lets players reconfigure their characters without starting over. If you’ve invested in abilities that no longer suit your approach, or you want to explore new strategies, this process will help you realign your build.

 

 

What Are Respec Points?

 

     Respec points allow you to refund previously spent talent points so they can be reassigned. These points are purchased using Ren, the in-game currency. Each respec point costs 150 Ren, so accumulating enough for a full talent reset will require some preparation.

 

 

 

How to Earn Ren for Respec Points

 

     Ren is earned primarily through missions, with longer objectives offering higher rewards. Exotic mining missions are especially profitable, and players can also exchange exotic materials for Ren. The exchange rate is one exotic material for five Ren. This option can be particularly useful for players with surplus exotics stored from previous missions.

 

 

 

How to Purchase and Use Respec Points

 

     To begin, access the Orbital Workshop menu. From there, you can purchase respec points in exchange for Ren. Once you’ve bought the points, navigate to your character's talent menu. Right-click on the talent you want to refund. A confirmation window will appear, and once confirmed, the point will be refunded for reassignment. You can repeat this process for solo and multiplayer talents alike.
