How to Kill Stone Golem in Valheim

Stone Golems, formidable foes lurking in the Mountain Biome of Valheim, present a daunting challenge for even the most seasoned players.

 

 

Battle Preparation

 

Before facing a Stone Golem, ensure you are equipped with either Iron Armor or the more advantageous Wolf Armor set. Additionally, wield the most potent pickaxe available to effectively penetrate the golem's rocky defenses.

 

 

Engaging in Battle

 

Approach the Stone Golem cautiously, observing its movements to anticipate its attacks. There are two variants: spike-arm and boulder-arm golems, each with distinct attack patterns. Dodge their devastating strikes and counter with well-timed axe swings to chip away at their formidable armor.

 

 

The Stone Golem can attack you with its Boulder-arm, either delivering a fast slam attack or slowly using both arms.

 

 

It can also attack you with a swipe. Stay away from this type of attack.

 

 

To avoid its hits, you should move and jump quickly. Approach it to land your hits and then try not to be hit by the Stone Golem. You will need enough food and meads to maintain your battle-ready status.

 

 

Rewards

 

Players who defeat a Stone Golem will receive valuable rewards, including stone, Stone Golem trophies, and crystals. While trophies and crystals currently hold no specific use, they may prove valuable in future updates.
