How to Get Wood Acid in Enshrouded

In Enshrouded, Wood Acid is a crucial material necessary for crafting various essential items like Antiseptic, Nitrate, and Tin Bars.

 

Craft Charcoal

 

The first step is to unlock and place the Blacksmith at your base. The Blacksmith NPC is typically found early on in the game.

 

 

Next, craft and place the Charcoal Kiln at your base. To create the Charcoal Kiln, you only need 20 Stones, which can be found on the ground or obtained by using your pickaxe on boulders.

 

 

Once the Charcoal Kiln is set up, craft Charcoal using it. As soon as you craft Charcoal, you will unlock the recipe for Wood Acid.

 

Craft Wood Acid

 

To make Wood Acid, you'll need two ingredients:

- 15 Wood Logs: Obtain Wood Logs by crafting an axe and using it to chop down trees.

- Three Dirt: Dirt can be found scattered throughout the game world.

 

 

With the required ingredients gathered, use the Charcoal Kiln to craft Wood Acid. Simply follow the recipe, combining the Wood Logs and Dirt to produce Wood Acid.

 

Utilize Wood Acid

 

Once you have Wood Acid, you can use it to craft:

- Antiseptic: Essential for crafting Cleaned Bandages and other healing items.

- Nitrate: Used in laboratory recipes.

 

 

- Tin Bars: Crucial for crafting mid-level armor and other resources.

 

 

- Shroud Survival Flask, Heal Channel, and Flare Arrow: Requires other crafting NPCs like the Alchemist and the Hunter.
