How to Get the Explorer Mask in Soulmask

 

    

Preparing for the Journey

     If you've got the Mammoth set, you're golden. If not, load up on chill-proof items and hot cocoa to keep that cold at bay. Also, bring along excitement potions for a boost, canisters for mechanical enemies, a hammer or claws for combat, and a trusty Snow Leopard mount to navigate the tricky terrain. Got everything? Entering the Holy Ruins

 

     First, head to the Holy Ruins. This place is crawling with Snow Leopards and an Elite Snow Leopard, so be ready for a fight.

 

    

     Your goal isn't the Central Core today but rather the elusive Explorer Mask. When you enter, you'll feel an extra chill hit you, so be sure to use your hot cocoa to manage the cold. Buff up and proceed, taking minimal damage.

 

Navigating the Ruins

 

     Make your way through the ruins, bypassing the mini-boss. Follow the path to the core without actually engaging it. You'll encounter some floating enemies—ignore their antics and press on.

 

    

     Go through the doors, down the corridors, and past various traps. Beware, these traps are nasty and can catch you off guard.

 

    

Finding the Restrictive Module

 

     To get to the Explorer Mask, you first need the Restrictive Module. You'll face a mechanical guardian at the entrance to the core area. Defeat it to access the doors beyond.

 

    

     Navigate carefully, watching out for traps, and collect the items you find along the way, even if you don’t need them. Every piece counts! Activate switches to unlock doors in a specific sequence. It's not clear if there's an exact order, so just hit them quickly and see what works.

 

    

Getting the Explorer Mask

 

     With the Restrictive Module in hand, backtrack and take a new path. Go up the stairs, through more doors, and down a long hall. You'll encounter another boss—defeat it to collect mysterious crystals, blood crystals, and other goodies.

 

    

     Keep moving forward until you reach a ladder. Climb up and proceed straight to find your prize: the Explorer Mask! Grab it along with any other valuable items lying around.
