     Technique books are one of the most exciting additions in Palworld's Feybreak Update. These rare items allow you to level up your Pals' work skills, such as watering, transporting, and manual tasks. Imagine being able to enhance even your most basic Pals to perform at their peak efficiency!

 

 

 

Guaranteed Locations for Technique Books

 

     The first and easiest way to get technique books is by visiting the Arrogant Pal Critics scattered around the map. These NPCs offer specific books as rewards after you complete their tasks. Here's where to find them:

 

     1. Frost Island: Teleport to the Cold Shore and talk to the critic there. You'll need to show there some rare Pals like Reptyro, Hangu, and Lileene. Once you've shown all required creatures, you'll receive a Transportation Technique Book.

 

 

     2. Sakurajima Region: Near the Mushroom Wastelands, you'll find another critic. Bring Pals like Hellzephyr Lux, Gorirat Terra, Katress Ignis, Sootseer, Selyne, Menasting Terra. Completing this task rewards you with the Watering Technique Book.

 

 

     3. Stone Pillar Cave: In the New Feybreak Island area, find the critic near the cave entrance. This one requires a strong lineup, including Gildane, Smokie, Tarantris, Dazzi Noct. The Manual Technique Book is your prize.

 

 

     4. Loess Plains: Head to the cave marked at coordinates [-911, -1321]. This friendly NPC will simply hand you a random technique book. If you don’t like the one you receive, reload and try again.

 

 

 

How to Farm Technique Books

 

     Once you’ve collected the four guaranteed books, you can start farming for more in these locations:

 

     1. Dungeons: Any dungeon, regardless of level, can drop technique books. Each chest has a minuscule chance of containing a book, so patience is key. Expect around one book per 500 dungeon runs.

 

     2. Supply Drops: Looting supply drops scattered across the map is another option, but the drop rate is painfully low - about one book per thousand drops.

 

     3. Oil Rigs: The Level 60 oil rig has the best odds. Small chests offer a low chance, but the big chest at the end has a one-in-100 chance of dropping a book. Be prepared for intense battles with the boss to unlock the big chest.

 

 

     While the drop rates may seem daunting, persistence will eventually reward you with a fully upgraded team. Now get out there and make your Pals the best they can be!
