     Ready to brave creeping webs and hissing spiders as you explore the Nomad Highlands beneath the Thralls of Twilight Update to gather dripping glands that cure the deadliest hemotoxin under the glow of Shroud light.

 

 

     Spider Glands are essential materials in Enshrouded Thralls of Twilight Update, looted from poison-spitting spiders that lurk in ancient tombs and mossy caverns, and they are used alongside moth parts to brew the potent Hemotoxin Antidote that shields you from lethal venom.

 

 

Biome location

 

     Begin your hunt in the Nomad Highlands biome and mark the entrances to spider-infested ruins, signaling that danger and precious glands lie just beyond the next cliff edge.

 

     Also, almost all Hollow Halls are full of spiders. You can visit one of them to farm this type of resource as much as you wish.

 

     From the Nomad outpost waypoint, head toward the Ancient Spire rising like a jagged tower against the sky, then follow the beaten path south until you spot a vine-choked cave mouth nestled in a frost-kissed rock face.

 

 

     Slip through the low arch of the cave entrance and let your torchlight dance across webs dripping with venom as you tread carefully on slippery stones to avoid alerting the lurking brooders to your presence.

 

 

 

Spotting the spiders

 

     Watch for pale shapes skittering along cavern walls and hanging just out of reach then step forward to provoke their venom spits and prepare for close-quarters combat against dozens of fanged hunters.

 

 

     Dodge the acid globules spat by spiders by sidestepping and rolling, then strike swiftly with your sword to sever their legs before they can scurry back into darkness or summon reinforcements.

 

     After each spider falls, loot its body to collect one or two Spider Glands each time, stuffing them into your pouch until you reach the required five glands per antidote batch without having to revisit the same nest.

 

 

Crafting uses

 

     Return to theAlchemist NCP and crafting some Antidotes by combining five Spider Glands, three Milk and one Poison Sack. You need to have a Mortar as well.
