Finding Saffron

 

Saffron is a pink and purple plant found in the Kindlewastes biome.

 

 

Approach the Saffron plants and press E to harvest them.

 

Best Location

 

 

Saffron can be found Sunsimmer Souterrain in the north of the Kindlewastes Ancient Spire

 

 

Sunsimmer Souterrain offers more Saffron, while the Kindlewastes Ancient Spire is more convenient.

 

 

Growing Saffron

 

Harvested Saffron can be used to grow your own.  Craft Saffron Seedlings at the Seedbed using:

      - 1x Saffron

      - 1x Water

      - 1x Fertilized Farm Soil (crafted with the Farmer)

 

 

Prepare a garden bed or field.

 

 

Place the Saffron Seedlings on suitable terrain. Use Fertilized Farm Soil for faster growth. This Soil can be crafted by Emily, The Farmer.

 

 

You can find different recipes with Saffron as one of the ingredients, including Spiced Tea and Open Sandwich that increase your Endurance, Strength or Constitution.
