How to Get Poison Arrows in Soulmask

 

Crafting Basic Arrows

 

Before you can think about poison arrows, you need to start with the basics: regular arrows. Crafting arrows is your first step. For a stack of arrows, add logs or hardwood to enhance their durability. Interact with a Weapon Crafting Bench to craft them.

 

 

You can craft these arrows on the fly, without the need for a table or bench. However, keep in mind that large arrows for the great bow cannot currently be poisoned, so stick to smaller arrows for this task.

 

Creating Venom

 

Next up, you need to make venom, a crucial component for your poison arrows. To create venom, you’ll need two Poisonous Bugs and two Fireflies, which can be combined in a Grinder. Poisonous Bugs are an uncommon drop when using a scythe on grass, so keep gathering grass to accumulate these bugs. Once you have the necessary materials, you can proceed to the next step.

 

 

To craft venom, you must have the following skills:

- Grinder (under Basic Grinding in the Campfire skill tree)

- Carpenter’s Table (under Basic Carpentry in the Campfire skill tree)

- Venom Processing (under Basic Grinding in the Campfire skill tree)

 

Making Purified Poison

 

Now that you have venom, you need to turn it into Purified Poison. In the Manual Crafting section of your crafting menu (press Tab), find the recipe for Purified Poison.

This requires 1 Venom and 1 additional material, which can be either Carrion or a Poisonous Mushroom. Carrion is easily harvested from Turkeys, commonly found around the starting areas.

 

 

Applying Poison to Arrows

 

With your Purified Poison ready, the final step is to apply it to your arrows. Drag the Purified Poison onto an arrow stack in your inventory. Note that 1 Purified Poison makes 1 Poison Arrow, so use it wisely and consider which battles or enemies are worth the extra effort.

 

On the high levels you will be able to craft Premium Poison, which requires Acidic Fluid, Premium Venom and Carrion or Poisonous Mushrooms.
