How to get Fell Heart in Enshrouded Thralls of Twilight Update
There is something oddly satisfying about hunting rare materials in Enshrouded, especially when it comes to items like Fell Heart. The tension of dodging their attacks and landing a decisive blow makes gathering Fell Heart an exhilarating experience. Sometimes I even pause, half-expecting the game to throw an unexpected curveball, but that only makes the hunt more rewarding.

Sporeheads
The key to obtaining Fell Heart lies in tracking down and defeating the Fell Sporehead. These creatures are most commonly found in the Kindlewastes biome, though some players have also spotted them lurking in the Albaneve Summit areas.

They look like humanoid figures with large, petal-shaped heads that remind me of demogorgons from Stranger Things. Keep an eye out for any movement among the dense Shroud fog, as these creatures can blend in quite well. To narrow down your search, focus on rune forge areas or the vicinity of the active mycelium mill in Albaneve. Once you spot them, get ready for a tough fight, as their spit attacks can drain your health rapidly if you’re not careful.

Preparation
Before heading out to hunt Fell Sporehead, make sure you have the right gear and supplies. The Shroud corruption is no joke, and without an upgraded Flame Altar and consumables, you may find yourself retreating sooner than planned. I recommend packing antidotes, health potions, and at least one high-damage weapon. Fire-based attacks are particularly effective against these creatures. It’s always a good idea to clear out the smaller enemies around the area first, as they can swarm and overwhelm you if left unchecked. I learned this the hard way during my first few runs.

Mastering the fight
When facing a Fell Sporehead, agility is your best friend. Dodge their ranged spit attacks and try to land critical hits on their exposed heads. Use terrain to your advantage, positioning yourself behind obstacles when necessary. I’ve found that luring them into tighter spaces reduces the effectiveness of their projectile attacks. Once you’ve defeated one, make sure to collect the glowing remains quickly before the Shroud corruption becomes overwhelming. Fell Heart will drop from these creatures, usually in quantities of one to three. It’s a rewarding moment to see those gleaming items in your inventory, knowing you’ve conquered the challenge.
As you gather these items, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the game’s rich lore and evolving mechanics. So gear up, brave the fog, and may your next hunt for Fell Heart be both thrilling and rewarding.
