     First off, Crude Oil is primarily located on Sakurajima Island, which is situated northwest of the main islands. Look for black patches on the map—these are your oil fields. Harvesting Crude Oil

 

     To start your oil empire, you’ll need an Oil Extractor.  You will be able to unlock it after reaching the level 50. Build a base near the oil to extract this resource for your armor and weapon.

     Once placed in an oil field, the extractor will slowly draw Crude Oil from the ground, but it needs power to run. That’s where the Large Generator comes in. Place one near the extractor, and make sure you have two electric Pals with an electricity rating of three or higher to keep it running smoothly.

     You can also get small amounts of Crude Oil by taking down Kikits and Sootseer on Sakurajima Island. Kikits can be found on the sandy northern and southern banks, while Sootseer lurks around the cemetery at night.
