How to defeat Voltatia the Power Master in V Rising Oakveil Update
Welcome back night stalkers to V Rising where the latest Oakveil Update has amped up the voltage with Voltatia the Power Master guarding the electric heart of Gloomrot. Imagine steel cables crackling overhead while lightning arcs dance along metal walkways as you edge closer to the towering cannon-armed sentinel. This guide arms you with battle plans, gear suggestions and timing tricks so you can storm the plant, dodge every searing beam and claim Voltatia’s V Blood without frying your health bar.

Getting ready
Before you face the Power Master make sure you have upgraded weapons and armor to high tiers. Equip gear with lightning resistance or health absorption properties and socket gems that boost movement speed. Stock up on Blood Rose Brew and Potion of Rage to give yourself moments of invulnerability and extra damage. Practice your dash skills in a safe area to ensure you can sidestep those deadly electro rays.

Location
Voltatia lurks in the inner sanctum of the Transcendent Power Plant deep within Gloomrot North. Follow the winding corridors lined with sparking conduits until you reach a circular arena glowing with blue energy. Watch for floor grates that periodically pulse with electricity and use the shadows to mask your approach before the fight begins.

I recommend wielding a fast striking sword or mace that lets you weave in and out of melee range quickly. Equip the Bloodcloak armor set for its extra health and regeneration. For spells bring Veil of Chaos to double dodge, Chaos Volley for burst damage and Power Surge to dash across the arena in a flash. Keep a healing spell like Blood Fountain on hand for emergency recovery.

Phase 1 - Electro ray
At full health Voltatia charges her cannon to unleash a sweeping electro ray that tracks your movements. Side-step when you see her cannon glow and listen for the humming buildup. If two rays fire from clones later stand far to the side and let the beams pass you. This attack deals heavy damage if you get caught so practice your timing before pressing forward.

Phase 2 - Minions and curtain
At eighty percent health Voltatia summons two railgunner minions who pepper you with shotgun blasts. Take them out quickly or kite around pillars to divide their fire. She may then erect a lightning curtain that blocks projectiles. Dash through with Veil of Chaos or walk around its edge to reach her back and land melee strikes while her back is turned.

Phase 3 - Clone assault
Once Voltatia dips below sixty percent her cannon slams the ground and splits into two clones that share health. Hitting either damages both so focus on whichever is closer. Keep moving to avoid getting boxed in and use your ultimate when they line up side by side for maximum effect. Don’t waste healing during this phase–stay aggressive to finish the dual form fast.

Phase 4 - Final onslaught
In the last stage Voltatia summons ricocheting electro discs that whirl across the arena. Dodge into the gaps between discs or use Blood Dash to leap through and close distance. When she pauses to recharge the discs get in close, unload your biggest combos and finish the fight with style before she can reset her defenses.
Keep an eye on your stamina so you never run out during a dodge or dash. Use the arena pillars as cover to break line of sight and bait her electro ray away from corners. Drinking a Potion of Might right before phase transitions can help you burst through the clone phase. Stay calm, watch her animations and you’ll turn that lightning storm into your victory song.

Voltatia the Power Master may control thunder and steel but with the right preparation, timing and movement you can short-circuit her reign. Upgrade your gear, master each phase’s tells and strike when the moment is right. Soon you’ll stand triumphant over the crackling wreckage of the Transcendent Power Plant and claim her V Blood as your own.
