How to defeat Solarus the Immaculate in V Rising Oakveil Update

     You stand before the shining gates of the Fortress of Light knowing that Solarus the Immaculate awaits within his holy hall. The air hums with celestial energy and flickers of radiant magic dance across the walls as you step into his cathedral arena. Every dodge and counter will test your reflexes and timing in this fight of faith versus fang.

 

 

 

Preparation

 

     Before you journey to the fortress stock up on holy resistance flasks and blood type potions to weather Solarus’s radiant onslaught. Equip armor with high spell resistance and health regeneration and slot an amulet that boosts your primary power. Choose a weapon with mid-range reach like a whip or pistols so you can poke him safely when he pauses between strikes.

 

 

     Load your hotbar with mobility skills such as dash or mist trance and include a defensive ultimate like veil of chaos or raging tempest to carve out breathing room when you need it.

 

 

Location and entry

 

     Solarus resides in the eastern Silverlight Hills inside the Fortress of Light so if you’ve unlocked the Silverlight waygate teleport there then transform into bat form to fly over the glowing radiation fields.

 

 

     Land in the courtyard free of patrolling holy knights and approach the grand cathedral doors. No key is needed - simply cross the threshold and descend the steps into his pillared arena where the final test begins.

 

 

Phase one

 

     In the opening phase Solarus slashes wide buzzsaw swings that send spinning blades across the floor and summons semicircles of holy projectiles that roll toward you.

 

 

     Stick close to his flank to dodge the buzzsaw arc then weave between the rows of light pillars to slip past the waves. When he raises his sword charged with holy energy be ready to sidestep perpendicular and unleash a quick counter. Fill the gaps with ranged attacks until his health drops to half and he calls forth a divine angel to aid him.

 

 

 

Phase two

 

     At fifty percent Solarus becomes immune and the divine angel drapes itself in a golden shield while beams of light sweep the arena floor.

 

 

     Your only goal now is to shatter the angel’s shield by focusing all your fire on it while dodging the sweeping light waves. Use your defensive ultimate as the vortex closes in and your dash to evade the angel’s charge.

 

     Once the shield breaks and the angel is forced into the pithealed form of a fallen angel Solarus’s immunity will shatter and you can resume your assault on his radiant frame.

 

 

 

Phase three

 

     With the fallen angel at your side Solarus’s true fury emerges. He summons a spinning blood crystal that hurls rotating orbs of light and rains holy beams from above. Dash through the crystal’s barrier to destroy it quickly and weave through the shimmering beam patterns at the arena edge.

 

 

     When he leaps high and crashes down be ready to sprint or counter so you avoid the incapacitating shockwave. Save your ultimate for the moment he staggers after the final leap and unleash it to finish the paladin of light once and for all.

 

 

Gear and consumables

 

     Switch to a sanguine reaper or greatsword in phase three so you can clear summoned light constructs and land heavy melee hits. Carry cleansing brews to remove any holy debuffs and pack Blood Rose potions for instant healing. Slot in jewels that grant cooldown recovery and damage amplification on your dash and ultimate to maximize your damage output in each window. Keep your flask durations refreshed so you never lose your resistances under the shining wrath of Solarus.

 

     You have braved the hall of shining pillars outlasted the divine storm and shattered the angel’s shield to stand victorious over Solarus the Immaculate. Claim his soul shard of solarus and wear it proudly as proof that you triumphed over the light itself.
