How to change your Gamever Ark survival evolved server parameters
If you want to change any server parameters on your Ark: Survival Evolved server, you need to edit GameUserSettings.ini file.
To do so, you need to follow these steps:
1) Click on “My servers” button.
2) Open your server by clicking on it.
3) Open “Settings” tab and click on “Show all fields”
4) You can also edit the GameUserSettings.ini file, but before that, you need to disable settings overwriting by setting "Disable setting below" to "Yes".
5) Click on “File Manager” tab
6) Follow a path to a file (Root /server/ShooterGame/Saved/Config/LinuxServer):
7) Find GameUserSettings.ini file.
8) Download this file. To do so – right click on it and then press ”Download”.
9) Open downloaded file with any text editor you desire:
10) There you can edit any rows you like. When you are finished with editing – don’t forget to save your file.
To apply all the changes you made on a server – you need to upload your edited file, to do so:
1) Go back to your Gamever File manager.
2) Click on ”Upload files” button.
3) Choose your edited file, and wait, until it got uploaded.
4) Restart your server to apply all changes.
By this point, when your server will be back ”ON” again, it will apply all the changes of server parameters you edited.
