Firepower in Palworld: The Fourth Stat, and the Five Bonuses Behind It

A maxed Pal in Palworld.

Palworld publishes four stats per Pal, not three. Alongside Health, Attack and Defense sits Firepower, a composite figure that reaches 167,075 on a fully maxed Lamball — and reaching that ceiling requires five separate systems stacked together, every one of which is published: IV +30%, Pal Essence Condenser +20%, Statue of Power +60%, Trust Lv.10 and Awakening.

The Five-Part Stack

Card listing the five bonuses that produce a Palworld Pal's maximum stats.

The "maximum stats" figure paldb publishes is defined precisely:

Level 80, Bonus is IV +30%, Pal Essence Condenser +20%, Statue of Power +60%, Trust Lv.10, Awakening.

BonusWhat it isHow you get it
Level 80The level capExperience — Training Manuals convert directly
IV +30%Perfect individual valuesCatch or hatch — IVs never change afterwards
Condenser +20%Full rankFeed duplicates at the Pal Essence Condenser
Statue of Power +60%Full statue investmentPal Souls offered at the Statue
Trust Lv.10Maximum trustKinship Peaches — ten max a Pal
AwakeningThe final tierAwakening Crystals

Five independent grinds, and none substitutes for another. A Pal at level 80 with perfect IVs but no condenser ranks is missing 20%; one fully condensed with no Statue investment is missing 60%.

The Statue of Power at +60% is the largest single contributor, which is why Pal Souls matter as much as they do — and why sources like the World Tree expedition's Giant Pal Soul 8–12 at 100% or the Grass01 dungeon's Small Pal Soul at 42.379% are worth routing around.

Two Bonuses You Can Skip Grinding

Card noting which Palworld stat bonuses can be shortcut.

IVs cannot be raised by grinding, only by catching again. They are set at capture or hatch and never change, which is why players re-catch the same species repeatedly. Three fruits are the only documented exception.

Two shortcuts exist and both are worth knowing:

A Lucky Pal guarantees a minimum IV of 50 in every stat, and can arrive pre-condensed — so a 0.1% spawn covers part of two of the five bonuses at once.

Kinship Peaches max trust in exactly ten, and every Hard expedition returns one at 100%. That makes ten Hard expeditions equal one fully trusted Pal, with no other input — the most schedulable of the five grinds by a distance.

The other three are pure volume: experience for level 80, duplicates for the condenser, and Pal Souls for the Statue.

What Firepower Actually Reads Like

At the maxed ceiling, a Lamball — the game's starter Pal — publishes:

StatValue
Health14,906
Attack1,899
Defense1,803
Firepower167,075

Firepower is roughly two orders of magnitude above the other three, which is the clearest sign it is a composite rather than a raw stat — a single number that folds Health, Attack and Defense together for comparison purposes.

Its usefulness is as a sort key. Comparing two Pals across three columns requires judgement; comparing one column does not. Cattiva publishes identical figures to Lamball — 14,906 / 1,899 / 1,803 / 167,075 — so the two are mechanically interchangeable at their ceilings despite being different Pals.

That identity is worth noticing. Several early Neutral Pals share exactly the same maxed stat line, which means the choice between them is entirely about work suitability and partner skill, not about combat potential.

The Alpha Column

Card explaining that Palworld Alpha Pals have their own separate stat columns.

paldb publishes a separate maximum for Alpha Pals at every tier — Max Stats, Max Stats with Trust, and Max Stats with Trust with Awakening all have Alpha variants.

Alphas are a different stat line, not a buffed version of the normal one. That is consistent with everything else about them: a 30% capture-rate penalty, distinct drop tables including the Precious materials, and their own Alpha Pal Source list of spawn points.

If you are planning around a maxed Pal, check which column you are reading. The normal and Alpha figures for the same species are not the same number.

Five stacked grinds is a project measured in weeks, and weeks only accumulate on a world that keeps every one of them. A gamever Palworld server keeps it persistent with full crossplay, automatic updates and one-click backups.

Conclusion

Palworld publishes four stats per Pal — Health, Attack, Defense and Firepower, a composite that reads two orders of magnitude above the others and exists as a single-column sort key. Reaching a Pal's published maximum requires five separate systems stacked: level 80, IV +30%, Pal Essence Condenser +20%, Statue of Power +60%, Trust Lv.10 and Awakening — with the Statue's +60% the largest single contributor, which is why Pal Soul sources are worth routing around. None substitutes for another, but two have shortcuts: a Lucky Pal guarantees minimum IV 50 in every stat and can arrive pre-condensed, and Kinship Peaches max trust in exactly ten, with every Hard expedition returning one at 100% — so ten Hard expeditions equal one fully trusted Pal. At the ceiling, Lamball and Cattiva publish identical lines (14,906 / 1,899 / 1,803 / 167,075), which means choosing between such Pals is entirely a question of work suitability and partner skill. And Alpha Pals have their own stat columns at every tier rather than a multiplier on the normal ones.
